Ideas for What to Put in a “Feel Good” Box

**SUGGESTION: get a shoebox & cover it with construction paper that you draw, color on, add stickers & write your name on it to personalize it- then fill it with the items below it’s a great place to store all your play and art therapy supplies, and to use as your “Feel Good Box”
Journal- to Write Down your Feelings
Sketch Pad/ Multimedia Pad- to Draw Out your Emotions (or drawing/ copy paper)
#2 Pencil Pens, Colored Pencils, Markers, or Crayons – Put caps back on markers when done
Stress Ball
Paint Set
Construction Paper
Stickers
Origami Paper- to Make Origami
Newspaper- to Tear Up When
Angry
Scissors
Glue Sticks (at least 2) small / large pom pots googly eyes
popsicle sticks
Elmers Glue

stretchy string for beading
