Tricare & Humana (Out of Network for Tricare plans, however if you ask your doctor for a referral to me then the Out of Network fees/ copays can be overridden).

Medicaid – only accepted for group therapy

I do not accept:

Cigna
Medicaid for individual, couples or family therapy

If you have one of these insurance plans that I am not credentialed with, I can send you superbills to submit to your insurance.
Or you can pay privately on a sliding scale, based on your income.

Payment:

Venmo, Cash, credit/debit/HSA/FSA cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy:

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
