Parents, use these “Report Cards” to “grade” your children, and have them “grade” you on your family life- you might end up with some pleasant surprises and insights! It’s a great way to open up communication between you.

I intentionally did not write “Mom, Dad” or “Mother, Father” on the report cards, as not to discriminate and make the cards open for all types of families.
However, please feel free to edit them to fit your family. Also, you can share them with others!
